The Pink Gimlet is a fruity, fresh twist on the classic gin gimlet, made with 1689 Dutch Pink Gin. This Pink Gin, distilled with strawberry and raspberry, is wonderfully smooth and not too sweet — exactly what makes this summery cocktail so perfectly balanced.
Ingredients:
50 ml 1689 Dutch Pink Gin
25 ml fresh lime juice
25 ml sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Garnish: lime wheel or rose petal
Method:
Add both ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to taste.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lime twist or wheel.
